On February 7, 2026, GIEC’s 2025 Annual Work Summary and Planning Conference, themed "Focus, Efficiency, Innovation," was grandly held at the GIEC Industrial Park in Shenzhen.

The conference was hosted by Ms. Liang Miao, Director of the General Manager’s Office and Secretary to the Chairman. GIEC’s management team and all employees gathered together to comprehensively review 2025 and deeply plan for 2026.

01 Deep Reflection, Charting the Future

At the start of the conference, the General Managers of each business division, along with the Procurement Director and Quality Director, took the stage one by one to present detailed reports on their departments’ achievements, lessons learned in 2025, and strategic plans for 2026.

The presentations focused on business breakthroughs, product innovation, management efficiency, and market expansion, showcasing the efforts and insights of each department over the past year.

After the reports, Mr. Wen Shenghui, Deputy General Manager of GIEC; Mr. Gu Chaoyang, General Manager; and Mr. Huang Rongtian, Chairman, delivered speeches.

Mr. Wen Shenghui, Deputy General Manager, provided an in-depth analysis of how to achieve high-quality growth from the perspectives of market positioning, customers, and product innovation. He called for rational judgment and decisive action to forge a new path of high-quality development.

Mr. Gu Chaoyang, General Manager, first summarized and reviewed the work of 2025. On that basis, he charted the direction for 2026: focus on precision tacks, deepen core competencies, build a strong product moat, and march toward shared goals together.

Mr. Huang Rongtian, Chairman, delivered the closing speech. His words were full of high expectations and inspiration, instilling firm confidence in all employees. In 2026, the GIEC team will draw motivation from the Chairman’s guidance, strengthen their beliefs, embrace their dreams, seize the momentum, and jointly open a new chapter.

2026 Award Ceremony

The conference then moved into an exciting awards segment.

GIEC honored individuals and teams that demonstrated outstanding performance in 2025, presenting the "Excellent Employee Award," "Outstanding Newcomer Award," and "Excellent Department Award" in succession.

The applause and recognition were not only a tribute to past dedication but also an encouragement for the journey ahead.

02 Gathering in Joy, Celebrating Achievements

The summary and planning conference concluded in a pragmatic and enterprising atmosphere. Immediately after, the GIEC 2026 Spring Festival Gala kicked off with great enthusiasm, turning the venue into a sea of joy.

The gala began with a lively and festive dance titled "Fortune Is Coming" performed by the Human Resources Department, instantly energizing the audience and conveying best wishes for good luck in the new year.

Next, the IPC & Internet Products Domestic Sales Department delivered an impassioned song, "GIEC Dream, My Dream," expressing the shared aspirations and pursuits of all GIEC employees.

A series of wonderful performances followed: the Administration Department sang "Boundless Oceans, Vast Skies," while the Manufacturing Division and Quality Center jointly presented a comedy sketch that humorously depicted daily life in the workshop, drawing waves of laughter and applause.

Between performances, multiple rounds of lucky draws were held, with surprise gifts constantly being awarded, and cheers rising one after another.

03 A Spectacular Celebration of the New Year

The gala then moved indoors, and the excitement continued.

The Audio Products Division performed a soothing song, "Don’t Panic, King," bringing comfort and a sense of calm strength.

Subsequently, each business division took turns presenting a diverse and dazzling array of performances, continuously stirring up the audience’s energy.

At the end of the performances, the Procurement Department performed the classic song "The Big Sedan Chair." Its passionate and unrestrained melody sparked a chorus from the entire audience, bringing the gala to its highest climax.

Of course, the lucky draws throughout the evening were thrilling. Each announcement of a winning number was met with enthusiastic cheers and applause.

Throughout the gala, singing, laughter, and applause intertwined. The interaction between stage and audience was full of energy, fully showcasing the versatile and vibrant spirit of GIEC employees and highlighting the deep camaraderie and strong cohesion of the team.

The past year saw many achievements; the new year promises even greater progress.
Looking back at 2025, we reflected through setbacks and grew through hard work. Looking ahead to 2026, GIEC employees have reached a consensus and are ready to move forward.
